The International Corrections and Prisons Association (ICPA) Annual Conference, organized each year by the International Corrections and Prisons Association, will be held in Türkiye from 26 to 31 October 2025. Prior to the conference, a summary report on human rights violations occurring in Turkish prisons was submitted to the ICPA for inclusion on the agenda and to inform member states.
